Attention Seniors! Shortly after the close of the school year, we will be deleting graduating seniors' Google accounts to make room for the "new" seniors, aka the class of 2026. If you are a student participating in summer coursework, speak with your classroom teacher. They will notify technology staff about the need to delay your account removal. At this time, you should take a moment to download your data to a personal computer or storage space for safekeeping. Instructions are provided below.
Please note the following:
-Deletion of your account will happen shortly after the end of the school year (no, we can't tell you exactly which day we will do this).
-We are not responsible for keeping a record of your student data and will not be able to recover files for you in the summer!
-You may need to check your account and notify colleges, subscription services, friends, family, etcetera, that your email address is being changed to another (private) address.
-You should test/open your files on your new device/account to make sure everything went as planned.
[Download your data]
You can export and download your data from the Google products you use, like your email, calendar, drive, and photos. In a few easy steps, create an archive to keep for your records or use the data in another service.
Create an archive of your data
First, choose which products to include
Visit the Download your data page. You might have to sign in to your Google Account again.
Choose which Google products to include in your download. To see more details and options for a product, select the Down arrow.
Select Next.
Choose your archive's "File type."
Next, choose how your archive is delivered
When your archive is created by using one of these options, we'll email you a link to its location. Depending on the amount of information in your account, this process could take a few minutes or several hours. Most people get the link to their archive the same day that they request it

Silencing cell phones and not using them in the auditorium (This INCLUDES watching videos on phones and recording the cast );
Remaining silent while the actors are on stage;
